Glen Cross
Founder of Blackstone Community | Chief Architect of Maxis AI Investment System
Glen Cross is a respected practitioner and thought leader in the field of intelligent investing. With a strong foundation in mathematical modeling and a deep concern for the fate of retail investors, he is committed to using technology, cognitive insight, and social impact to illuminate the path forward for everyday investors around the world.
Born into a farming family in Fort Morgan, Colorado, Glen grew up involved in bookkeeping, accounting, and farm operations. In 1983, a flood destroyed his family home. His father chose to give their last truckload of feed to a neighbor in greater need. In that moment, Glen came to understand the true meaning of responsibility, a principle that would become the cornerstone of his life.
He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with dual degrees in Physics and Mathematics. Glen went on to work at Renaissance Technologies and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he played a key role in building multi-factor investment strategies. His ability to navigate multiple market cycles with stability earned him the reputation of a “Cycle Strategist.”
Yet after achieving notable success on Wall Street, Glen chose to return to his roots.
In 2021, he founded Blackstone Community. A cognitive education and hands-on collaboration platform designed for retail investors. He firmly believes that everyone deserves the right to understand the markets and master investment strategies.
Glen established three core principles for the community:
Teach Awareness – Help investors manage emotions and avoid impulsive decisions through cognitive development.
Build Systems – Guide investors away from irrational trading with a scientifically grounded strategy framework.
Give Back – Support public good with profits, creating a positive cycle between wealth and responsibility.
Under his leadership, the community has empowered tens of thousands of investors to develop independent thinking and risk management skills. He also launched the “1% Surplus Fund,” which allocates investment profits to scholarships, financial education, poverty relief, and other social initiatives extending the meaning of wealth beyond money.
In 2022, Glen initiated the development of the Maxis AI Investment System.
This AI-driven platform integrates factor analysis, sentiment detection, and dynamic risk control to provide “behavioral guardrails” that reduce decision-making errors caused by human emotion. As he puts it:
“AI isn’t here to replace human judgment, it’s here to protect our rational baseline.”
From a farm boy to a Wall Street strategist, and now an advocate for cognitive awakening and systemic investor empowerment, Glen Cross has spent his life defining what true wealth really means:
“It’s not how much you’ve made,
it’s how many people you’ve helped feel more secure in their lives.”
Strategy Modeling Expert | Crypto Arbitrage Pioneer | Co-Mentor at Blackstone Community
Ethan Fuller
Ethan Fuller is a strategist who blends technical rigor with emotional insight. Known for his grounded rationality and “systemic empathy,” he is dedicated to creating trading tools and educational systems that empower everyday people to take control of their investments.
Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area in an engineering family, Ethan grew up in an environment defined by precision and high standards. His father, a communications engineer at NASA, taught him the importance of process thinking and error calibration. His mother, a compassionate nurse, helped him appreciate that emotional volatility is just as real and deserving of care. This dual upbringing “one loved through code, the other through patience” laid the foundation for his unique trading philosophy.
He taught himself programming at age 12 and went on to study Finance and Statistics at New York University. At 18, he encountered Bitcoin and became convinced that markets could be modeled.
In 2015, he declined an offer from Goldman Sachs’ research division to join the crypto derivatives research team at Mercury Lab. Within two years, Ethan built a dynamic arbitrage engine and executed on-chain “cross-chain scalping” strategies, growing his account by 30 times. He quickly became one of the most technically respected figures in the early crypto arbitrage scene.
But in 2022, a rotation strategy system he co-designed triggered cascading losses during the LUNA/UST collapse, an experience that became his deepest professional setback. Ethan withdrew completely from social media for six months and began rebuilding his trading philosophy from the ground up.
When he returned, it was with a renewed focus, not on high-yield models, but on risk education. He launched a course titled “What Is a Risk Budget?”, emphasizing risk control, emotional tolerance, and benevolent structure. Traders began referring to him as “the only one telling the truth,” and he shifted his mission from “promising returns” to “helping people avoid ruin.”
In 2023, he met Glen Cross at a private AI and finance summit. Their philosophies were complementary, one focused on cyclical awareness and disciplined systems, the other on tactical execution and strategy modeling. Together, they co-founded Blackstone Community, a collaborative education and trading platform for retail investors.
At Blackstone, Ethan leads:
-
Strategy Architecture – Options structuring, on-chain arbitrage, and automation engines
-
Dynamic Risk Systems – Emotional fault-tolerance, adaptive position sizing
-
User Experience & Instruction – Interface design and practical trading education
He firmly believes:
“Investment isn’t about doubling your money by luck,
it’s about not going to zero because of ignorance.”
Today, he no longer seeks the spotlight. Instead, he aspires to be a guide someone who speaks honestly, explains risk clearly, and helps others avoid costly detours.
He lives by one core belief:
“Technology should serve human nature.
Systems must carry warmth.”
